Short version: I collect only what I need to answer your messages, deliver your templates and understand how the site is used. I never sell your data.


Who I am

This site, chayan.studio, is run by Chayan Panda. For anything about your data, email chayanp188@gmail.com.


What I collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message when you send me a message.

  • Purchases: paid templates are sold through Polar. Polar collects your payment and billing details. I receive your name, email address and order details so I can deliver and support your purchase. I never see your full card details.

  • Site analytics: basic usage data such as pages visited, referring website, device type and approximate location, collected through Framer’s analytics to understand how the site is used.


How I use it

  • To reply to your messages and support requests

  • To deliver templates, handle license upgrades and process refunds

  • To understand which pages and templates are useful and improve the site

I don’t sell, rent or trade your personal data, and I don’t use it for advertising.


Who processes your data

  • Framer: hosts this website, processes contact form submissions and provides site analytics.

  • Polar: handles checkout, payments, invoices and sales tax for paid templates.

  • Google: provides the email service I use to receive and answer your messages.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy that explains how it handles data.


Cookies

I don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The services above may use cookies that are necessary for the site and checkout to work.


How long I keep it

I keep messages and order records for as long as I need them to support you, and longer where the law requires records of sales to be kept.


Your rights

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you. Email chayanp188@gmail.com and I’ll respond as soon as I can. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.


Children

This site is not intended for children, and I don’t knowingly collect data from them.


Changes

If I change this policy, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
