Refund Policy

Short version: templates are digital products, so all sales are final. I only refund duplicate purchases and single-site to multi-site license upgrades.

Digital products are non-refundable

Every paid template is delivered instantly as a Framer remix link on your Polar order page. Once you have access, the template can’t be returned, so I don’t offer refunds for change of mind, buying the wrong template, or no longer needing it.

When I do give a refund

1. Duplicate purchase. You bought the same template with the same license more than once by mistake. I refund the extra purchase.

2. License upgrade. You bought a single-site license and then bought a multi-site license for the same template. I refund the single-site purchase, so you only pay for the multi-site license.

How to request a refund

Email chayanp188@gmail.com with:

• The order number from each Polar receipt

• The email address you used at checkout

• The template name and which refund case applies

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Every template has a live preview, so you can click through the real site before buying. Several templates are free, and if you’re unsure whether a template fits your project, send me a message first. I’m happy to help you choose.
