Terms

Short version: buy a license, build websites with the template, and make them your own. Don’t resell or share the template itself.


Agreement

By buying, downloading or remixing a template from chayan.studio, you agree to these terms. Templates are made by Chayan Panda.


Licenses

  • Single-site license: use the template to build one website, for yourself or for one client.

  • Multi-site license: use the template to build more than one website, for yourself or for clients.

  • Free templates: use them to build websites for yourself or clients, under the same restrictions listed below.


What you can do

  • Customize the template as much as you like

  • Use it for personal and commercial websites

  • Build client websites, within the number of sites your license allows


What you can’t do

  • Resell, sublicense or give away the template, or a modified version of it, as a template

  • Share your remix link or duplicate link with others

  • List the template, or anything derived from it, on any template marketplace

  • Claim the original template design as your own work


Ownership

I keep the copyright to the template design. You own the content you add and the website you build with your license.


Images and fonts

Images in templates and live previews are placeholders for demonstration. Replace them with your own content before publishing. Fonts are provided through Framer and follow their own licenses.


Purchases and refunds

Paid templates are sold through Polar, and Polar’s checkout terms apply to your payment. Templates are delivered instantly as a Framer remix link. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.


Support and updates

Support covers questions about the template itself. I may update templates over time, but I can’t guarantee compatibility with every future Framer change or with edits you make.


No warranty

Templates are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or data, that come from using a template.
